Align problem for bibliography I can't get the align command turned off, under page layout/arrange/ align. It happened when I was doing a bibliography for a class. Now all my citations are aligned to the left and I can't move a single line of text to the right. If I open a new word document, it's there also.
In the past I did not have to click the "new window" to get the arrange all to work. Now, even if I click "new window" all it appears to do is copy the existing file and put a "2" at the end of the extension but even then with two files copied, arrange all doesn't work. Why would a simple function that's worked for years just stop working?

Is there a maximum limit on the number of rules that we could create ? I remember long ago there was a screen section where I could view/edit the list of my existing list rules and I could re-arrange the sequence or remove some of these existing rules as part of our periodic housekeeping. So far I didn't use POP, IMAP or Exchange.
